🚨 ScaleHouse is hiring a Full-Time Designer 🚨 We’re looking for a sharp, high-performance Designer to own and elevate the visual output across our entire client portfolio. At ScaleHouse, design isn’t just about looking good — it’s about driving revenue. Every email, landing page, and asset you create should convert, engage, and scale. You’ll work with fast-growing eCommerce brands and creators, designing assets that directly impact retention, LTV, and sales. Your responsibilities will span: → Designing high-converting email creatives (Klaviyo, flows & campaigns) → Creating landing pages and funnel assets → Developing ad creatives for Meta & other paid channels → Collaborating with copywriters and strategists to bring campaigns to life → Maintaining high visual standards across all client accounts → Continuously improving design systems, templates, and workflows You’re a fit if you: → Have strong experience in performance-driven design (not just aesthetics) → Understand eCommerce, retention, and conversion psychology → Are fast, detail-oriented, and take full ownership of your work → Can work with tools like Figma (mandatory), and ideally Adobe Suite → Thrive in a high-performance, no-BS environment Bonus if you: → Have experience with email platforms like Klaviyo → Understand direct response marketing principles → Have worked with eCommerce or info-product brands ScaleHouse is building one of the most elite retention marketing teams globally.
