4. Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries from employees.
5. Support employee relations efforts, including assisting with conflict resolution and disciplinary actions as needed.
6. Assist with training and development initiatives, including coordinating training sessions and tracking employee progress.
7. Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and handling inquiries from employees.
