Key Responsibilities
• Act as the first point of contact for all walk-ins and channel partners, ensuring a professional welcome
• Manage walk-in registration, data entry, and allocation through CRM systems
• Ensure seamless coordination between customers and sales teams for site visits
• Deliver a premium front-end customer experience including seating, assistance, and coordination
• Maintain accuracy in MIS, reporting, and customer data management
• Ensure smooth functioning of sales gallery including facilities, cleanliness, and readiness
• Coordinate with housekeeping, vendors, and internal teams for daily operations
• Handle basic customer queries and escalate as required
Must-Have Criteria
• 2–4 years of experience in front office or customer handling roles
• Strong communication, grooming, and interpersonal skills
• Experience in managing walk-ins and customer coordination
• Basic computer and CRM handling skills
