Marketing & Coordination Executive - Interior Products (Retail & Contracting)

Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and responsible Marketing & Coordination Executive to handle retail and contracting activities for interior products. The role involves client coordination, product presentation and ensuring smooth execution of orders and project requirements. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, good knowledge of interior products, and the ability to work independently while meeting deadlines.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle retail and contracting sales for interior products.
• Meet clients and understand their interior product requirements.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams for order execution.
• Present product options with a good eye for design and aesthetics.
• Maintain client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Prepare basic reports, quotations, and follow-ups using MS Office.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and projects.

Job Requirements:

• Education: Graduate in any discipline.
• Experience: 3–5 years in interior products / interior industry / related sales.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge of interior products (furniture, fittings, materials, etc.).
• Good sense of design and aesthetics.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email).
• Ability to manage time and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
• Valid driving license for both car and bike.
• Age: 25–35 years

Work Timings:

• Monday to Friday: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
• Saturday: 9:30 AM – 3:30 PM

Location – Panjim, Goa
