Maintenance Incharge. -HPS-820

We have an opening for Maintenance Incharge, Qualification - Diploma Mechanical, Exp. - 4-5 years.

Kindly note the JD we are looking for Maintenance Incharge.  

1. To handle the Maintenance department and maintain the machine up time.
2. To have the experience in manpower handling (Company worker & Contract worker).
3. To have the experience in Hydraulic Power press, Die tooling, Pneumatic systems, Spares planning & control.
4. To have the experience in Preventive maintenance.

5.. To have the experience in on line rejection analysis and control.

1. To train the Company worker & Contract worker.
2. Prepare the MIS reports for maintenance.
3. Having the knowledge of die & tooling.
4. Up keep the machines in good working condition.
5. Willing to work in shift of 12 hrs.
6. ISO documentations.
7. Breakdown analysis and implementation of corrective and preventive measures to reduce the down time.
