Job Description

We're looking for an energetic and target-driven Inside Sales Executive to help organizations discover Greatify's AI-powered assessment platform. Your primary responsibility will be to generate qualified leads, connect with prospects through inbound and outbound calls, maintain lead database, and schedule product demo sessions for our Business Development team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to engage prospective customers.
  • Generate, qualify, and nurture leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other online channels.
  • Build, organize, and maintain a strong lead database using CRM tools.
  • Schedule and coordinate product demo sessions with qualified prospects.
  • Understand customer requirements and communicate the value of Greatify's AI-powered solutions.
  • Follow up regularly with prospects to maximize demo bookings and lead conversions.
  • Collaborate with the Business Development and Marketing teams to ensure a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Achieve lead generation, demo booking, and monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and daily sales activity reports.

  • Strong lead generation and follow-up skills.
  • Target-driven, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
  • Basic CRM and computer knowledge is an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in English, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada or Hindi.
