About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Account Prospecting: Research, identify, and map key decision-makers (VPs of Sales, Bid Managers, and Proposal Operations) within B2B organisation sectors that actively respond to high volumes of RFPs.
2. High-Impact Multi-Channel Outreach: Conduct targeted outbound campaigns leveraging executive-level cold calling, tailored professional emails, and structured LinkedIn networking.
3. Discovery & Qualification: Initiate high-level diagnostic discussions to understand prospect proposal bottlenecks, current manual workflows, and systemic challenges in their bidding cycles.
4. Demo Scheduling: Successfully transition qualified prospects and conduct Software Demonstration.
5. Pipeline Accuracy: Maintain meticulous records of all communications, follow-ups, and lead qualifications within the corporate CRM.
