Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region for a Personal Assistant. The Personal Assistant will be responsible for managing key administrative functions, handling schedules, coordinating meetings, organizing diaries, and maintaining records. They will also assist in communication, provide executive administrative support, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations for the organization.

Qualifications

  • Skills in Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance
  • Proficiency in Diary Management and Clerical Skills
  • Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in productivity software such as Microsoft Office or Google Suite
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information discreetly
  • Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent educational qualification is preferred
