KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:*

* *Shopify Platform Governance:* Owning end-to-end administration of the core Shopify ecosystem managing storefront layout deployments app integrations checkout configurations and inventory readiness.

* *Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO):* Analyzing on-site user behavior matrices and web drop-off points to design test and implement structural enhancements that scale absolute conversion velocities.

* *Digital Merchandising & Revenue Bundling:* Strategizing and executing high-yield product bundle architectures multi-tier discount configurations and automated cross-sell/up-sell triggers to maximize average order value (AOV).

* *Subscription Model Engineering:* Building scaling and tracking recurring subscription models to drive customer retention pipelines and secure predictable baseline revenue loops.

* *User Experience (UX) Architecture:* Auditing desktop and mobile store layouts to streamline navigation paths remove conversion friction and deliver a premium zero-lag digital shopping journey.

* *Data-Driven Performance Tracking:* Monitoring key e-commerce telemetryincluding cart abandonment rates session depths product clicks and retention cohortstranslating raw analytics into weekly growth initiatives.

Requirements

* *Experience Base:* Progressive hands-on professional success managing and scaling a live digital storefront with specific experience operating inside consumer internet D2C retail or digital food/lifestyle brands.

* *Technical Mastery:* Authoritative direct operational fluency with the *Shopify ecosystem* including familiarity with Shopify apps theme customizations inventory workflows and tracking pixel integrations.

* *Core Mental Framework:* Strongly analytical and data-driven paired with a natural curiosity regarding digital consumer habits and direct-to-consumer e-commerce mechanics.
