Working with C-suite stakeholders, you will help enterprises adopt AI-native software delivery at scale and turn transformation ambition into measurable outcomes. You will help enterprises define AI-powered software delivery transformation strategies and translate them into executable approaches, define target state SDLC, create platform and tooling strategy and architecture, engineering productivity measures, delivery operating model change and measurable value realization.The Practice A Brief Sketch:Technology Strategy & Transformation Practice is a part of Company Strategy and focuses on our clients most strategic priorities. We help clients achieve growth and efficiency through engineering transformation initiatives, aimed at making software delivery powered by AI to bring productivity and quality uplift, resulting in larger enterprise value delivery.You are:A workstream owner. You take a defined part of an engagement end-to-end the agent hierarchy for a process, or use-case and data-product definition for a domain and are its day-to-day client contact.Basic Requirements:- Assist in discovery workshops to identify business opportunities and translate them into AI use cases, business cases, and solution requirements.- Design end-to-end agent-driven business process flows and define agent hierarchies, help define AI solution blueprints, and high-level reference architectures.- Develop functional specifications and collaborate with architecture and engineering teams to deliver implementation-ready solution designs.- Apply foundational knowledge of enterprise data, data management, and analytics to shape AI solution design and business outcomes.- Evaluate AI platforms, tools, and industry best practices to support solution recommendations and client engagements.Good to Have:- Experience defining data products, enterprise data models, and AI-ready data foundations.- Exposure to knowledge graphs, knowledge layers, prompt engineering, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).- Experience developing AI capability roadmaps, AI platform assessments, and value realization plans.- Strong consulting, problem-solving, stakeholder communication, and presentation skills with experience working in cross-functional teams.Tech fluency :Hands-on depth in at least one platform (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), data platforms (Databricks, Snowflake), or foundation models (e.g., Anthropic, OpenAI), plus conversant across the categories. Can weigh trade-offs (fit, cost, risk) within an engagement.Industry Lens :Working knowledge of one priority industry's processes and value drivers; applies it to use-case and roadmap work.Role Summary :- Min. 5 yrs overall, incl.
