Summary
We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team as a Customer Support Executive focused on the travel backend operations. This pivotal role is designed to ensure seamless coordination of travel logistics and provide exceptional assistance to clients. Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve customer queries related to travel bookings, reservations, and general support with professionalism and speed.
- Execute precise data entry tasks and maintain accurate documentation for all travel transactions and client interactions.
- Adhere strictly to established company processes and compliance protocols to ensure operational integrity and safety.
- Demonstrate keen attention to detail while reviewing travel itineraries, pricing, and reservation confirmations.
- Apply effective problem-solving techniques to address complex travel issues and provide timely solutions.
- Utilize strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and internal stakeholders clearly.

- Possess a minimum of one year of relevant work experience, preferably within the customer service or travel sector.

- Exhibit strong proficiency in data entry, documentation, and maintaining organized records.
- Show a deep understanding of travel industry standards, including booking and reservation procedures.
- Display exceptional attention to detail to minimize errors in documentation and transaction processing.
- Possess excellent problem-solving abilities to navigate and resolve operational challenges.
- Have a solid command of both verbal and written communication in English.
- Be well-versed in process compliance and the ability to follow strict operational guidelines.
