Legal Associate

We are looking for a sharp, business-minded Legal Associate who can move fast, think commercially, and help build a future-ready legal function for a modern media and marketing company. This role will work closely with leadership, business teams, finance, HR, and external counsel to manage contracts, legal risk, governance, and day-to-day legal operations across the company. Roles and Responsibilities Commercial Contracts & Revenue Support Draft, review, negotiate and close a wide range of agreements including: Client MSAs / SOWs Influencer / Talent agreements Vendor agreements Production agreements Brand campaign contracts NDAs, partnership agreements, consulting contracts Support business teams in contract closures while balancing risk and commercial practicality Build strong contract templates and faster approval workflows Creator Economy / Marketing Legal Advise on influencer marketing regulations, advertising disclosures, usage rights, content ownership, licensing, and talent obligations Review celebrity / creator endorsement contracts and deliverables clauses Corporate Governance & Compliance Coordinate with CS / finance / auditors for filings, resolutions, documentation, and statutory compliance Maintain legal records, agreement repositories, trackers, renewals, notices, and approvals Support listed-company level governance processes where required Risk Management & Advisory Identify legal risks proactively and recommend practical solutions Internal Business Partnering Train internal teams on basic contract hygiene, approvals, IP rights, and legal best practices Simplify legal language so teams can move faster with confidence Qualifica
