Key Responsibilities:

1. Inspire & Engage Students: Conduct engaging 1:1 live demo classes that capture students' attention and create a positive learning experience from day one.
2. Teach with Impact: Deliver interactive online classes covering Public Speaking, Creative Writing, Communication Skills, and Confidence Building through fun activities, discussions, and real-world examples.
3. Personalize Learning: Understand each student's strengths, challenges, and learning style, and adapt your teaching approach accordingly.
4. Build Confidence: Encourage students to express themselves, think creatively, communicate effectively, and become confident speakers.
5. Provide Constructive Feedback: Give personalized and actionable feedback to help students recognize their progress and continuously improve.
6. Deliver High-Quality Classes: Conduct both demo and regular classes smoothly while maintaining excellent teaching standards and keeping students engaged throughout the session.
7. Create a Lasting Impact: Go beyond teaching concepts motivate students, celebrate their achievements, and help them develop communication and confidence skills they can use in school and everyday life.
