About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Manage and oversee information technology systems, applications, and infrastructure operations.
2. Support the implementation and maintenance of IT solutions aligned with organizational requirements.
3. Monitor system performance and ensure availability, security, and reliability of IT services.
4. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for technology-related projects and initiatives.
5. Assist in planning and executing IT modernization and digital transformation activities.
6. Ensure compliance with cybersecurity policies and information security standards.
7. Analyze technical issues and implement effective solutions to minimize operational disruptions.
8. Prepare technical reports, system documentation, and performance assessments.
9. Support procurement, deployment, and maintenance of hardware and software resources.
10. Provide technical leadership and guidance to IT teams and support staff.

- Experience in IT operations and project management is preferred.

- Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills.

- Ability to manage multiple technology initiatives simultaneously.
