We support global clients with highly skilled professionals across Oracle and SAP ecosystems. Role Overview We are looking for a Freelance Oracle Fusion HCM Technical Developer with strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM tools, integrations, and reporting . The ideal candidate will work on implementation and support projects, building scalable solutions and integrations across HCM modules. Key Responsibilities Develop and support Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM implementations Design and develop solutions using HDL, HCM Extracts, Fast Formula Build and maintain reports using BI Publisher (BIP) and OTBI Develop integrations using OIC, REST/SOAP web services Write and optimize complex SQL / PL-SQL queries Perform debugging, testing, and performance tuning Prepare technical design documents (FDD, TDD) Participate in code reviews and ensure quality standards Support data migration, validation, and issue resolution Required Skills (Mandatory) Strong experience in Oracle Fusion HCM (Technical) Hands-on experience with HDL, HCM Extracts, Fast Formula Experience in OIC integrations and web services (REST/SOAP) Strong expertise in SQL / PL-SQL Experience with BIP Reports and OTBI Reports Knowledge of Fusion Data Model Experience in debugging and performance tuning Full lifecycle implementation experience in Oracle Fusion Nice to Have Experience with VBCS / Page Composer / Application Composer Knowledge of Oracle APEX / Java / Oracle Analytics Cloud Oracle certifications
