Manager F&A (US Health Care)

Job Description

• Lead & perform the monthly Closing & Reporting process

o Strong End to End understanding in R2R
o Review & Approval of journal entries
o Issuance of monthly financial statements
o Review & Preparation of financial reporting for forecast and budget
o Consolidation & Preparation of Financial Statements

• Monthly analysis and review of balance sheet accounts and expense accounts

o Balance Sheet reconciliations
o Analysis of expense/accrual/reversals – trends, reasons for increases, etc.

• Income Statement Analysis
• Prepare monthly Management Packs for clients and Internal Management
• Variance Analysis with meaningful explanations
  
• Budgeting & Forecasting
• Ensure Team Meets agreed level of Performance Standard
• Define standards that serve as a Benchmark for Service Delivery
• Ability to lead Projects and Continuous Improvements
• Deliver productivity and drive efficiencies by applying quality tools
• Required to apply advanced analytical skills in assessing concepts/principles and alternative solutions
• Create an environment oriented to trust, open communication, creative thinking, and cohesive team effort
• Motivate and inspire team members
• Encourage creativity, risk-taking, and constant improvement
• Familiarize the team with the customer needs, design targets, design standards, techniques and tools to support task performance
• Coordinate with internal and external customers as necessary
• Drive the changes with minimum management support and intervention
• Building a coordinal relationship with clients
• Drive client interactions independently with minimal support and guidance
• Flexible in US working hours

Qualifications we seek in you!

• Minimum bachelor's degree – B. Com, M.COM/MBA with closing & reporting or CA with Proven experience
• Excellent comm. skills – Verbal & Written
• Good knowledge in R2R Domain
• SAP, MS Office, Quick Books and Other ERP systems
• US Shift timings
• Hybrid working Model
