Full time Company secretary
Dear Candidates,
We are seeking a Fresher, qualified and experienced Company secretary to join our team at a listed NBFC company in Ahmedabad. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and maintaining compliance standards on day to day basis.
Key Requirements:
- Fresher or experienced candidates in Day to day Compliance/ Regulatory Affairs related to ROC, RBI and stock exchange
- Knowledge of Quarterly and monthly compliances related to NBFCs
- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and guidelines
- Ready to learn and understand the day to day operational requirements

- Work Location: Navrangpura, Ahmedabad
- Salary: As per industry standards
