About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Make outbound calls to potential customers, explain course details clearly, and generate qualified leads.
2. Follow up with interested candidates regularly to ensure conversions and meet monthly sales targets.
3. Maintain accurate records of calls, inquiries, leads, and admissions in the CRM system.
4. Understand customer requirements, provide suitable course recommendations, and resolve queries professionally.
5. Coordinate with the internal sales and training teams to ensure smooth admission and onboarding processes.
