Job Title : MuleSoft Lead DeveloperLocation : RemoteExperience : 6+ yearsAbout the Role :We are looking for a highly skilled MuleSoft Lead Developer to lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade integration solutions using the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in API-led connectivity, along with hands-on development and leadership experience.Key Responsibilities :- Design end-to-end integration architecture using API-led connectivity (System, Process, Experience APIs).- Lead hands-on development of Mule 4 flows, RAML APIs, DataWeave transformations, and reusable components.- Define integration patterns, security standards, and best practices.- Manage deployments on CloudHub / Runtime Fabric and handle CI/CD pipelines.- Conduct code reviews and mentor team members to ensure high-quality delivery.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align requirements and solution design.- Troubleshoot complex integration issues and provide technical guidance.Required Skills & Qualifications :- Strong experience in MuleSoft with hands-on expertise in Mule 4.- Proficiency in Anypoint Platform (API Manager, Runtime Manager, Design Center, Exchange).- Experience with DataWeave, RAML, REST/SOAP APIs, and integration patterns.- Experience in end-to-end (greenfield) MuleSoft implementations.- Knowledge of security protocols (OAuth2, JWT, TLS/mTLS).- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Git, Jenkins, Azure DevOps.- Experience with CloudHub / Runtime Fabric deployments.General :- Strong problem-solving and leadership skills.- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.Preferred Certifications :- MuleSoft Certified Integration Architect- MuleSoft Certified Platform Architect- MuleSoft Certified Developer (Level 1 / 2) (ref:hirist.tech)
