About the Role

We are hiring for Customer Interaction Executive - Non Voice Process through recruitment drive to join our Customer Experience team. This opportunity is open to both freshers and experienced candidates who have strong written communication skills, good computer knowledge, and a customer-focused approach.

The selected candidates will interact with customers through digital communication channels, understand their concerns, provide appropriate solutions, and ensure a smooth and professional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through chat, email, text, and social media platforms .

• Understand customer concerns and provide accurate and timely resolutions.

• Assist customers with information related to products, services, and processes.

• Maintain high standards of written English, grammar, spelling, and professional communication .

• Handle customer complaints with patience, empathy, and professionalism.

• Record customer interactions and maintain accurate customer information.

• Follow company policies, processes, and quality standards.

• Achieve assigned quality, productivity, response-time, and customer satisfaction targets .

• Coordinate with internal teams whenever required to resolve customer concerns.

• Manage multiple conversations simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and service quality.

Eligibility & Requirements

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Diploma or equivalent ; graduates are preferred.

• Freshers are welcome to apply.

• Previous experience in customer service, chat support, BPO, or customer experience will be an added advantage.

• Excellent written English and grammar skills .

• Good typing speed and basic computer proficiency.

• Strong problem-solving and attention-to-detail skills.

• Ability to multitask and handle multiple customer conversations.

• Willingness to work in rotational shifts , including nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Candidates must be willing to relocate to Ahmedabad and work from the office.
