Bounteous - Senior Quality Assurance Analyst - AI/ML Testing

Mode of work :HybridEmployment Type :Full-timeKey Responsibilities :- Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites, leveraging Claude Code or equivalent AI tools to accelerate test script creation and maintenance.- Lead manual and exploratory testing efforts for complex features, ensuring comprehensive coverage across functional, regression, and edge-case scenarios.- Partner with engineering to integrate AI-assisted testing workflows (Claude Code or equivalent) into CI/CD pipelines for faster, more reliable releases.- Review and triage bugs, working closely with developers to reproduce, document, and validate fixes.- Mentor junior QA analysts on best practices for test automation and AI-assisted QA tooling.- Define and track quality metrics (defect density, test coverage, escape rate) and report on release readiness.- Evaluate and prototype new AI-driven testing tools/approaches to continuously improve QA efficiency.- Stay current with the rapidly evolving generative AI landscape.Required Skills & Experience :- Hands-on experience with Claude Code or an equivalent AI coding assistant (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor) for test generation, debugging, or automation.- Strong proficiency in test automation frameworks (Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or similar).- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, CircleCI).- Solid understanding of SQL, API testing (Postman/REST), and scripting (Python or JavaScript).- Excellent analytical and communication skills, with ability to work cross-functionally with engineering and product teams.- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.Nice to Have :- Certified Claude Architect Foundations (CCA-F).- Experience with Claude Code, Cursor, or other AI-assisted development tools.- Contributions to open-source AI projects.
