Key responsibilities:
1. Respond to customer queries via chat/email within defined SLA timelines2. Resolve common support issues independently using help center articles and internal guidelines; escalate complex cases to the right team
3. Track recurring issues and flag content gaps or process improvements to the team

Customer Support English Proficiency (Spoken) English Proficiency (Written) Problem Solving
Earn certifications in these skills
Other requirements
1. Prior experience in a support/BPO/chat-support role preferred
2. Comfortable working with tools like Intercom, Zendesk, or similar helpdesk software
