Key responsibilities:

1. Executing online data collection projects
2. Communicating effectively with the clients & other stakeholders during the project life cycle to ensure timely completion of projects
3. Managing vendors & liaising with other internal departments to successfully deliver all assignments
4. Meeting project margin requirements along with other sampling metrics
5. Ensuring client satisfaction scores are above desired benchmarks
