Position: Sales Executive
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Timings: 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM
Other Benefits: Evening snacks provided
2. Achieve individual and store sales targets across all product categories (clothes, apparel, shoes, bedsheets).
3. Maintain product displays, stock arrangement, and overall store presentation.
4. Handle billing, basic inventory checks, and customer queries or complaints.
5. Build and maintain customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
6. Coordinate with management regarding stock requirements and sales reporting. Compensation: 1. Fixed Salary: 10,000 per month.
2. Commission: 1% on monthly sales up to 3,00,000.
3. Commission: 2% on monthly sales exceeding 3,00,000 (applicable only on the amount above 3L).
4. Example: Monthly sales of 4,00,000 = 3,000 (1% on 3,00,000) + 2,000 (2% on 1,00,000) = 5,000 commission + 10,000 fixed salary = 15,000 total.
