Job Summary :We are looking for Amazon Connect Developers with hands-on experience in Amazon Connect, Amazon Lex and AWS Lambda. The role involves developing and supporting cloud-based contact-center solutions and integrating conversational/IVR capabilities.Key Responsibilities :- Design, develop, configure and support Amazon Connect solutions.- Work with Amazon Lex for conversational and IVR use cases.- Develop AWS Lambda functions for contact-center workflows and integrations.- Integrate Amazon Connect with enterprise applications and APIs.- Troubleshoot application, integration and production issues.- Collaborate with functional and technical teams across the delivery lifecycle.- Participate in testing, deployment and production support.Tech Stack :- Amazon Connect, Amazon Lex, AWS Lambda, Contact Center / IVR, API integration.Good to Have :- Spring, Maven, Hibernate.
