Job Role: Embedded Tech Lead (BSP & Power Management - ARM) Work Experience: 8+ Years Job Location: Bangalore Key Skills: Embedded Linux, Linux Kernel Development, BSP Development, Device Driver Development, ARM SoC, Power Management Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain Embedded Linux software on ARM-based platforms Work on BSP development, board bring-up, and platform integration Design, develop, and debug Linux kernel modules and device drivers Implement and optimize power management features such as DVFS, suspend/resume, and low power states Work with PMIC and regulator frameworks for power and voltage control Analyze and optimize system power consumption and performance Debug issues related to boot, power sequencing, and hardware interaction Configure and manage Device Tree for peripherals and power domains Collaborate with hardware teams for system integration and validation Perform system-level debugging and performance tuning Required Qualifications & Skills: 5+ years of experience in Embedded Linux / BSP development Strong expertise in Linux kernel development Proficiency in C programming Hands-on experience in device driver development and debugging Strong experience with ARM-based SoCs Experience in board bring-up and hardware integration Good understanding of power management concepts Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
