Job Title: HR Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for an HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR activities, employee coordination, recruitment support, HR documentation, and employee engagement. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, knowledge of HR processes, and the ability to handle multiple HR activities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection activities, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
• Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers regarding interview schedules and selection processes.
• Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files .
• Handle joining formalities, employee documentation, and induction .
• Manage attendance, leave records, and employee-related queries .
• Support payroll processing by providing accurate attendance and employee data.
• Assist in employee engagement activities and internal HR initiatives.
• Handle employee grievances and coordinate with management for timely resolution.
• Prepare HR reports, MIS, and other HR-related documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company HR policies and statutory requirements .
• Coordinate with employees regarding HR policies, benefits, and company procedures.
• Support performance management, confirmation, appraisal, and exit formalities.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee information and HR records.

Required Skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge of basic HR processes and recruitment .
• Good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and Word .
• Strong coordination and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
• Good problem-solving and employee-handling skills.

Qualification & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• MBA/PGDM in HR will be an advantage.
• 1–4 years of experience in HR operations/recruitment or a similar HR role.
• Experience in HRMS/HR software will be an added advantage.
