About the job
Key Responsibilities:
1. Perform backend office and administrative work.2. Maintain and update records using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
3. Make and receive phone calls with clients and internal teams.
4. Prepare reports, documents and maintain accurate data.
5. Coordinate with different departments for smooth workflow.
6. Handle documentation, filing, and data entry tasks.
7. Ensure timely completion of assigned office work.
