About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Manage daily office operations and optimize workflows for a smooth and productive work environment.
2. Coordinate business calendars, meeting schedules, agendas, and travel arrangements.
3. Manage vendor communications, office procurement, and facility-related activities.
4. Maintain accurate files, records, administrative documents, and correspondence.
5. Prepare operational updates and reports for management.
6. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support administrative requirements.
7. Resolve day-to-day operational and administrative challenges efficiently.
