Reltio Developer

Job Title : Reltio DeveloperExperience : 6+ YearsLocation : Bangalore / Hyderabad / Chennai / Pune (Hybrid)Job Summary : We are looking for an experienced Reltio Developer with 6+ years of IT experience and strong expertise in implementing and customizing Reltio Master Data Management (MDM) solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Reltio configuration, data modeling, integrations, data quality, and API development, along with a solid understanding of enterprise data management best practices.Key Responsibilities : - Design, develop, configure, and implement Reltio MDM solutions based on business requirements.- Configure Reltio data models, entity types, relationships, survivorship rules, match and merge rules, and workflows.- Develop and maintain integrations between Reltio and enterprise applications using REST APIs, Reltio Integration Hub, Kafka, MuleSoft, Informatica, or similar integration platforms.- Perform data onboarding, cleansing, profiling, validation, and migration activities.- Develop and optimize Reltio APIs and integration services.- Configure Reltio Data Loader, Crosswalks, Reference Data, and Data Quality features.- Collaborate with business analysts, data architects, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.- Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement fixes.- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards and best practices.- Create technical documentation, deployment guides, and support documentation.- Support release management, deployments, and post-production activities.Required Skills : - 6+ years of overall IT experience.- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Reltio MDM.- Strong experience configuring : 1. Reltio Data Model2. Match & Merge3. Survivorship Rules4. Relationships5. Reference Data6. Crosswalks7. Data Quality Rules- Strong knowledge of REST APIs and JSON.- Experience with Reltio Integration Hub (RIH) and integration frameworks.- Hands-on experience with SQL and relational databases.- Experience with data migration and ETL processes.- Good understanding of Master Data Management concepts.- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Preferred Skills : - Experience with Kafka, MuleSoft, Informatica, Boomi, or similar integration tools.- Experience working on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.- Knowledge of Java and Spring Boot.- Experience with CI/CD pipelines using Git, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps.- Exposure to Agile/Scrum development methodologies.- Understanding of data governance and data quality frameworks.Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.- Relevant Reltio certifications are preferred.Nice to Have : - Experience in Customer 360, Product 360, Supplier 360, or Healthcare/Life Sciences implementations.- Experience with data stewardship and governance processes.- Familiarity with enterprise architecture and microservices.
