Salesforce Architect - Sales & Service Cloud

Job Title : Salesforce ArchitectExperience : 8 - 10 yrsJob Location : JAIPURJob Description :Salesforce Technical Architect with 8+ years of overall IT experience with at least 4+ years in a Salesforce Architect or Lead Developer role.- Proven experience with Salesforce core clouds (Sales, Service, Experience), Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC).- Hands-on experience with integrations (e.g., Mulesoft, Dell Boomi, Informatica, REST/SOAP APIs).- Deep understanding of Salesforce data modelling, sharing and visibility rules, governor limits, and performance optimization.- Experience with CI/CD tools, version control (Git), and DevOps for Salesforce.- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.Desirable :- Salesforce Certified Application/System Architect required.- Salesforce Platform Developer I & II.- Salesforce Administrator and Advanced Administrator.- Relevant cloud certifications (e.g., AWS, Azure) are a plus.Key Responsibilities :- Design end-to-end architecture for Salesforce-based solutions, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and custom applications.- Design, develop, test, and deploy robust Salesforce solutions that adhere to platform best practices, governance models, and performance thresholds.- Actively write Apex classes, LWC components, triggers, batch jobs, and schedulers when needed to support project delivery.- Work closely with business stakeholders, product managers, and development teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.- Lead architecture and technical design sessions, prepare solution architecture documents, and explain complex solutions to non-technical stakeholders.- Guide and mentor developers and configuration specialists on Salesforce development best practices.- Define integration patterns and data flows between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and other tools.- Oversee code quality, governance, and technical documentation throughout the SDLC.- Perform code reviews and enforce Salesforce platform limits, security best practices, and compliance standards.- Stay current on Salesforce releases, platform capabilities, and AppExchange products.- Maintain an active Salesforce certification path and help mentor internal teams toward Salesforce Architect-level credentials.- Support live orgs with incident triaging, O&M planning, and rollout of post-deployment enhancements.
