Java Backend Developer

We are seeking a skilled Java Backend Developer with Kafka and Cloud experience to build scalable, distributed systems. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in backend development along with hands-on experience in cloud platforms.Key Responsibilities :- Develop and maintain backend applications using Java (Spring Boot / Microservices)- Design and implement event-driven architecture using Apache Kafka- Build and deploy applications on cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)- Develop REST APIs and integrate with third-party systems- Ensure application scalability, performance, and security- Work closely with DevOps for CI/CD and cloud deployments- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize production systemsRequired Skills :- Strong experience in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices- Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka (Producers, Consumers, Streams)- Good experience in at least one cloud platform (AWS / Azure / GCP)- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes- Strong knowledge of REST APIs and distributed systems- Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases- Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git, etc.)Good to Have :- Experience with serverless architecture (AWS Lambda, Azure Functions)- Knowledge of monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK)- Exposure to Terraform or Infrastructure as Code (IaC) (ref:hirist.tech)
