Position: Project Sales Executive / Manager

Department: Marble Division Project Sales

Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented professional for the Project Sales role in the Marble Division. The candidate will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new projects, building strong relationships with key stakeholders, and driving business growth through project conversions in the luxury marble segment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and acquire new projects in the marble and building material industry.
• Develop strong relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, contractors, consultants, and project decision-makers.
• Conduct product presentations and coordinate for sample submissions at project sites and client offices.
• Ensure company products are shortlisted / specified / considered in upcoming projects.
• Regularly follow up with clients to track project movement and business opportunities.
• Convert enquiries into confirmed business orders and ensure timely receipt of Purchase Orders (POs).
• Maintain accurate project updates and customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Gather market intelligence related to competitor activities, market trends, product movement, and pricing strategies.
• Conduct competitor analysis and support management with market feedback and pricing inputs.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing and project execution.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute towards business expansion in the luxury marble segment.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong relationship management and networking abilities.
• Good understanding of project sales and B2B sales processes.
• Strong follow-up and project tracking skills.
• Ability to understand customer requirements and provide suitable product solutions.
• Knowledge of CRM systems and MS Office.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and proactive approach towards sales.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in Project Sales from Marble, Granite, Stone, Luxury Building Materials, Sanitaryware, or related industries preferred.
• Existing market connections with architects, builders, and interior designers will be an added advantage.
