Sr. Engineer - Civil & Structural Engineering

We are looking for a talented Civil & Structural Engineer to join our team in Gurgaon and contribute to the design of Combined Cycle Power Plants and other large-scale infrastructure projects.

This is your opportunity to bring your structural engineering expertise to meaningful, complex projects. You will lead the analysis and design of RCC and steel structures, guide multidisciplinary teams, and deliver solutions that stand the test of time.

What You'll Do

- Lead the structural analysis and design of RCC and steel structures for Combined Cycle Power Plants and industrial projects.

- Develop design documents and provide technical inputs to the drafting team for error-free drawing preparation.

- Coordinate with other engineering disciplines to gather inputs, resolve technical issues, and deliver integrated solutions.

- Participate in 3D Model Reviews, identify clashes, and implement resolutions independently.

- Review subcontractor and vendor documents for technical compliance and completeness.

- Prepare and review design calculations, cost estimates, and quantity take-offs.

- Provide technical clarifications and solutions to site queries and construction challenges.

What You Bring

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; a Master's in Structural or Geotechnical Engineering is a plus.

- 5 to 10 years of experience in analysis and design of civil structures (RCC and steel), with at least 5 years in Combined Cycle Power Plants.

- Hands-on proficiency with STAAD Pro Connect editions, SAP 2000, Ram Connection, or similar structural software.

- Strong knowledge of Indian standards (IS, IRC) and international codes (ASCE, ACI, AISC, Eurocode, BS).

- Effective written and verbal communication skills in English.

- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and collaborate within multidisciplinary teams.

- Solid problem-solving skills and basic knowledge of geotechnical engineering.
