Data Scientist - Artificial Intelligence

About the Role :We are looking for an experienced Data Scientist - Artificial Intelligence to design, develop, and deploy next-generation AI solutions powered by Large Language Models (LLMs), AI Agents, and intelligent automation frameworks. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Natural Language Processing, along with hands-on experience building production-grade AI applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create scalable AI solutions that solve complex business problems, optimize workflows, and drive innovation.Key Responsibilities :- Design, build, and deploy AI-powered applications using Large Language Models (LLMs).- Develop intelligent AI agents and agentic workflows for business automation.- Build, train, evaluate, and optimize Machine Learning and Deep Learning models.- Develop NLP solutions for text classification, information extraction, summarization, semantic search, and conversational AI.- Design predictive and statistical models to support business decision-making.- Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and prompt engineering techniques.- Integrate AI models with enterprise applications and APIs.- Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, model validation, and performance optimization.- Monitor, evaluate, and improve AI model accuracy, scalability, and reliability.- Collaborate with Data Engineers, Software Engineers, Product Managers, and business stakeholders throughout the AI solution lifecycle.- Stay updated with the latest advancements in Generative AI, LLMs, AI Agents, and Machine Learning technologies.Required Skills :- 4+ years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or Artificial Intelligence.- Strong programming experience in Python.- Hands-on experience with Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Artificial Intelligence.- Strong understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques.- Experience building solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs).- Experience with predictive modeling, statistical analysis, and data analytics.- Knowledge of model evaluation, optimization, and deployment.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Preferred Skills :- Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, or LlamaIndex.- Hands-on experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).- Experience with OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Hugging Face, Claude, Llama, Gemini, or similar LLM ecosystems.- Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, FAISS, Chroma, or Weaviate.- Knowledge of PyTorch or TensorFlow.- Familiarity with MLOps, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).- Experience deploying AI solutions into production environments.Educational Qualification :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.- Master's degree is a plus.Why Join Us :- Work on cutting-edge Generative AI and LLM-based solutions.- Build enterprise-scale AI applications with modern technologies.- Collaborate with highly skilled engineering and data science teams.- Opportunity to innovate and solve real-world business challenges using AI.- Competitive compensation and excellent career growth opportunities.
