Functional Consultant - Oracle HCM

Role Overview :As an Oracle HCM Functional Consultant, you will serve as a senior subject matter expert, guiding complex digital transformation initiatives for our global clientele. You will act as the primary bridge between business requirements and technical execution, ensuring that Oracle HCM Cloud modules are configured to drive operational efficiency. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional project teams, executive stakeholders, and technical developers to deliver scalable solutions that streamline human capital management processes and enhance the end-user experience across diverse organizational structures.Key Responsibilities :- Lead the end-to-end functional design and configuration of Oracle HCM Cloud modules, including Absence Management, Benefits, and Time & Labor, to meet specific business process requirements.- Architect complex US and UK Payroll solutions, ensuring compliance with regional statutory regulations and tax reporting standards.- Develop and maintain sophisticated Fast Formulas to support custom business rules, payroll calculations, and complex absence accrual policies.- Manage the implementation of Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) to optimize talent acquisition workflows and improve candidate engagement metrics.- Provide expert-level troubleshooting and functional support for Oracle OTL and T&L modules, resolving critical system issues to ensure seamless payroll and time-tracking operations.- Facilitate workshops with client stakeholders to gather requirements, document functional specifications, and validate system design against business objectives.- Mentor junior consultants and provide strategic guidance on best practices for Oracle HCM system optimization and long-term maintenance.Required Skillset :- Possess 15 to 20 years of extensive experience in Oracle HCM functional consulting, with a proven track record of managing large-scale, multi-country implementations.- Demonstrate deep functional expertise in Absence Management, Benefits, US/UK Payroll, Oracle OTL, T&L, and ORC, supported by advanced proficiency in writing and debugging Fast Formulas.- Exhibit exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical business leaders.- Maintain a proactive approach to problem-solving, with the capacity to navigate ambiguous project environments and deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines.- Display strong analytical capabilities to map complex business processes into Oracle HCM configurations effectively.- Adapt seamlessly to various work environments, including hybrid and remote models, across locations such as Delhi NCR, Pune, Bangalore, Ahmedabad, Mumbai, Chennai, and Gurgaon.
