About the job

We are looking for a passionate and target-driven Business Development Executive to drive B2B sales for our eLearning, digital learning, content development, and AI-powered learning solutions . The ideal candidate should have experience in selling B2B services and building relationships with corporate clients, EdTech companies, publishers, universities, and training organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals.
• Identify and connect with decision-makers such as L&D Heads, HR Leaders, CXOs, Training Managers, Founders, and Procurement teams.
• Understand client learning and training requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
• Present company capabilities and conduct client meetings (virtual and in-person).
• Prepare proposals, commercial quotations, and negotiate contracts.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships for repeat business.
• Collaborate with internal content, instructional design, and project teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Maintain an updated sales pipeline and CRM.

Required Skills:

• 2-6 years of Strong B2B sales and business development experience.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience selling service-based solutions is preferred.
• Experience in consultative selling.
• Ability to generate leads independently.
• Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Comfortable with cold calling and client meetings.
• Proficiency in CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
• Self-driven and target-oriented.
