About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and competent Associate Dentist with a strong foundation in general clinical procedures and patient communication to manage daily OPD and treatment workflows.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Care: Perform routine general dental procedures including diagnostic evaluations, composite restorations, scaling & root planing, routine extractions, and endodontic treatments (RCTs).
Patient Management: Explain diagnosis, present comprehensive treatment plans clearly, and foster strong doctor-patient rapport.
Clinic Operations: Ensure strict sterilization protocols, accurate electronic medical record (EMR) maintenance, and coordination with lab vendors for prosthesis orders.
Requirements & Qualifications
Qualification: BDS from a recognized institution (State Dental Council Registration required).
Experience: Minimum 1.5 years of hands-on post-internship clinical experience.
Skills: Proficiency in rotary endodontics, basic oral surgery, and aesthetic fillings. Strong verbal communication and empathetic patient handling.
Schedule & Location
Employment Type: Full-Time
Work Schedule (Split Shift):
Morning OPD: 10:30 AM 2:00 PM
Break: 2:00 PM 5:30 PM
Evening OPD: 5:30 PM 8:30 PM
Remuneration & Benefits
Fixed Salary: 20,000 / month
Incentives: Attractive commission structure tied to treatment completion and case conversions.
