EXPERIENCE

We are seeking a highly experienced IT Manager with 7 to 9 years of professional experience in managing and overseeing IT infrastructure, systems administration, and cybersecurity within a complex organizational environment. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of implementing and maintaining reliable IT solutions.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and manage the IT department, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Design, implement, and maintain secure and scalable IT infrastructure, including LAN/WAN systems.
• Provide technical leadership in system installations, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Install, configure, and maintain CCTV systems with a focus on system performance, security, and integration.
• Manage database systems, ensuring optimal performance, backup, and recovery procedures.
• Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and standards for infrastructure reliability and data protection.
• Coordinate vendor management, including evaluating and adopting new technologies to enhance IT operations.
• Plan, execute, and monitor the organization's IT support system, ensuring minimal downtime and user satisfaction.
• Act as the primary point of contact for IT emergencies and resolve high-priority issues promptly.
• Evaluate and propose cost-effective solutions for system upgrades and expansion, aligning with strategic goals.

REQUIREMENTS

• 7–9 years of hands-on experience in IT system management and implementation.
• In-depth knowledge and experience in configuring and maintaining CCTV systems, including integration with existing infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of Network Administration principles and practices, including LAN/WAN administration and security protocols.
• Extensive skills in troubleshooting complex systems and resolving technical issues efficiently.
• Solid background in system installations, configuration, and optimization to ensure smooth operations.
• Proven experience in database management tasks, including setup, maintenance, and secure data handling.
• Ability to manage and administer wireless WAN systems, ensuring optimal system performance and reliability.
• Effective leadership and team management skills, with the ability to guide and motivate technical staff.
• Experience in developing and implementing IT strategies in alignment with business goals.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills in rapidly evolving scenarios.
