Business Growth Executive

About the Role:

The Business Growth Executive is responsible for generating leads, counseling students, recommending suitable courses, and converting prospects into enrollments while contributing to the company's business growth.

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

  • Generate leads through social media, online platforms, networking, and referrals.
  • Counsel students to understand their career goals and recommend suitable courses.
  • Present and explain course offerings based on student requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students.
  • Convert leads into enrollments and achieve sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to improve lead generation strategies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and prepare performance reports.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools is an added advantage.
