Business Growth Executive
About the Role:
The Business Growth Executive is responsible for generating leads, counseling students, recommending suitable courses, and converting prospects into enrollments while contributing to the company's business growth.
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Generate leads through social media, online platforms, networking, and referrals.
- Counsel students to understand their career goals and recommend suitable courses.
- Present and explain course offerings based on student requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students.
- Convert leads into enrollments and achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to improve lead generation strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and prepare performance reports.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good presentation and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools is an added advantage.
