Role Overview We are looking for a Senior Associate – Online Business Growth (Marketplace) who will be responsible for managing and growing product categories across online marketplace platforms. The role requires strong analytical thinking, vendor management skills, and the ability to drive category growth through data-driven decision-making. Role: Own and drive growth of assigned categories across online marketplaces Deliver revenue, profitability, and market share targets Leverage data insights to optimize pricing, assortment, and visibility Manage end-to-end marketplace operations including listings, inventory, and promotions Build strong vendor and marketplace partner relationships Identify growth opportunities through trends, competition, and customer insights Responsibilities: Develop category strategy, pricing, and assortment plans Analyze market trends, competition, and customer behavior Manage vendor relationships and negotiate commercials Track performance (sales, conversion, margins, inventory) Optimize SKUs, campaigns, and marketplace activities Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and internal teams Improve product listings and overall customer experience Requirements: MBA or relevant degree 2–3 years of experience in e-commerce/category/marketplace roles Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills
