Altimetrik - Java Engineer - Spring Boot

Job Summary : We are looking for a skilled Java Engineer with strong expertise in Core Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Kafka, and SQL. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of Data Structures & Algorithms, Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts, and experience in building scalable, high-performance enterprise applications.Key Responsibilities : - Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Core Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.- Implement efficient solutions by leveraging strong knowledge of Data Structures, Algorithms, and Object-Oriented Design principles.- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices to support business and technical requirements.- Build and maintain event-driven systems using Kafka for real-time data processing and messaging.- Write optimized SQL queries, design database schemas, and ensure efficient data management and retrieval.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, architects, QA engineers, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality solutions.- Participate in code reviews, debugging, performance tuning, and implementation of best coding practices to ensure application reliability and maintainability.Required Skills : - Strong experience in Core Java- Excellent understanding of Data Structures & Algorithms- Solid knowledge of OOP Concepts and Java Collections Framework- Hands-on experience with Spring Boot and Microservices- Experience working with Apache Kafka- Strong SQL and database management skills- Good problem-solving and analytical abilitiesExperience : 4 - 8 YearsLocation : Bangalore / Chennai / Pune (ref:hirist.tech)
