Technical Lead - .Net/React.js

Responsibilities : - Collaborating with other technical and business team members on analysis and requirements.- Designing, developing, testing, and supporting .NET applications.- Participating in code reviews to ensure adherence to architecture standards, code consistency and maintainability.- Participating in code deployment.- Providing technical support to internal and external clientsQualifications, Skills & Requirements : - Bachelor's or master's degree in Eng. or science- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Hands on experience in .Net Core, REACT/Redux, Next.js- Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles- Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux)- Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM,etc.- Experience developing web-based applications (ASP.NET / ASP.NET MVC/ Web API)- Practical knowledge of HTML, DHTML, JavaScript, CSS and other web standards- Developing web services (RESTful API)- Working with source control (TFS)- Design principles (design patterns, OOD -object oriented design) and problem solving with good analytical skills.- jQuery- MVC frameworks- Good knowledge of SQL / Database Concepts (ref:hirist.tech)
