About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Lead and oversee departmental operations in alignment with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
2. Support the formulation, implementation, and monitoring of policies, programs, and strategic initiatives.
3. Coordinate with government departments, public sector organizations, and other stakeholders on assigned projects.
4. Supervise administrative, operational, and technical activities within the assigned division.
5. Review reports, proposals, and project outcomes to ensure compliance with organizational standards.
6. Provide guidance and direction to subordinate officers and teams for effective execution of responsibilities.
7. Monitor project performance and recommend corrective actions where required.
8. Assist senior management in decision-making through analysis and reporting.
9. Ensure adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and government guidelines.
10. Represent the organization in meetings, consultations, and inter-departmental discussions.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

- Experience in policy implementation and administration is preferred.
