Siemens Teamcenter Consultant - Active Workspace Customization

Role : Siemens Teamcenter consultantEXP : 8+ yearsLocation : BengaluruMandatory SkillExperienced Siemens Teamcenter consultant with proven ability to lead PLM workstreams and solutioning, including Oracle Agile to Teamcenter migration and Active Workspace (AWC) customization.Key Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end Teamcenter PLM workstreams for implementation and transformation programs.- Conduct solutioning workshops to define future-state PLM processes and roadmaps.- Drive Oracle Agile to Teamcenter migration, including assessment, data mapping, transformation, validation, and cutover.- Design scalable solutions across BOM, change management, workflows, and document management.- Lead AWC customization (UI configuration, extensions, user experience improvements).- Provide guidance on integration and migration architecture with CAD, ERP, MES, etc.- Oversee BMIDE configuration, data model alignment, integrations, testing, and deployment readiness.- Manage risks, stakeholders, and delivery to ensure quality and timely execution.- Support UAT, training, hypercare, and mentor junior team members.Required Qualifications- 8+ years of PLM consulting experience with strong Teamcenter implementation and solution design expertise.- Hands-on experience in Oracle Agile to Teamcenter migration programs.- Strong knowledge of Teamcenter architecture, BMIDE, workflows, and data model.- Proven expertise in Active Workspace (AWC customization - declarative & extensions).- Experience in client-facing workshops, fit-gap analysis, and solution design.- Good understanding of PLM integrations (ERP, CAD, MES).- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
