Key Responsibilities
- Prospect SMEs, GCCs & IT/Tech clients
- Build pipeline via outreach, referrals & events
- Conduct consultative meetings & position VIMAs value proposition
- Present proposals to HR, Finance & Csuite stakeholders
- Close deals & ensure smooth onboarding handoff
- Track market trends & share client feedback
- Explore crosssell opportunities (GTL, GPA, OPD)
Requirements
- Graduate with 24 yrs B2B sales experience (insurance/benefits/HR tech/financial services)
- Strong communication & presentation skills
- Knowledge of Group Health Insurance preferred
- Selfstarter, CRMsavvy, targetdriven
Preferred
- Prior GMC sales experience
- Existing HR/Finance network in Coimbatore
- Exposure to GCC/IT/Tech segments
Success = Mandates closed, pipeline growth, smooth client onboarding!
Immediate joiners preferred.
