Key Responsibilities

Production Planning: Develop, schedule, and implement production plans to meet customer demand and deadlines.

Operational Oversight: Supervise daily production activities, ensuring machines function correctly and workflows are efficient.

Quality Control (QC): Ensure all finished products meet quality standards and specifications.

Team Management: Train, supervise, and mentor production personnel, conducting performance evaluations and ensuring a safe work environment.

Resource Allocation: Manage raw materials and workforce, aiming to minimize waste and reduce production costs.

Reporting: Prepare and maintain accurate daily or weekly production reports.

Required Skills and Qualifications
