Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and driven Social Media Manager & Content Creator to lead the planning, creation, and execution of content across our digital platforms. This role combines strategy, content production, community management, and performance analysis to help strengthen our online presence and grow audience engagement.

You will work closely with the founders and the marketing team to develop content that aligns with our brand identity while staying ahead of emerging trends and platform updates.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and execute content calendars across social media platforms.
• Create engaging content, including Instagram Reels, Stories, posts, and other short-form video formats.
• Shoot and edit high-quality photo and video content using a smartphone or camera.
• Write compelling captions, scripts, and copy that reflect the brand's voice.
• Manage day-to-day social media publishing and community engagement.
• Stay informed about social media trends, platform updates, and best practices.
• Collaborate with the founders on marketing campaigns, launches, and brand initiatives.
• Capture content during events, activations, and customer experiences.
• Monitor content performance, prepare regular reports, and recommend strategies to improve reach, engagement, and growth.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of social media platforms, particularly Instagram and short-form video content.
• Excellent visual storytelling skills with a keen eye for aesthetics and detail.
• Experience shooting and editing content using tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, VN, or similar software.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and take ownership of deliverables.
• Creative mindset with a willingness to experiment and adapt to changing trends.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience managing social media for a brand, agency, or business.
• A portfolio demonstrating content creation and social media work.
• Knowledge of photography, graphic design, or motion graphics.
• Experience working with lifestyle, hospitality, fashion, retail, or consumer-focused brands.
