Job Description
Senior Presales Consultant
- Knowledge of BSS/OSS Architecture, key sub systems and components - provisioning, Order management, Inventory management, Customer relationship management and integration with third party systems like Taxation, Payment gateway.
- Assist in preparation of technical proposals, conduct Demos and prepare POCs , as part of Presales along with detailed estimates.
- Demonstrated knowledge of major industry standards: eTOM, SID, TAM, and ITIL etc.;
- Co-create, enable, and support Go To Market initiatives to develop and progress opportunity identification and alternative channel growth via innovative sales plays with geography sales leaders
- Provide education and enablement for sales and solution teams to drive the identification, adoption, and sale of standard offerings and solutions
- Knowledge of customer journey- s, fulfillment and billing for several lines of businesses within telecommunication, media and cable MSO space .
- Proven ability to work as part of a team to solve complex technical problems and work with accounts in complex environments;
- Demonstrated ability to maintain a business-like presence and interact professionally with customers at all organization levels;
- Demonstrated well-developed knowledge and understanding of the global telecommunications marketplace;
- Proven test management skills, including involving multiple projects and priorities;
