We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented Retail Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our retail outlets while driving operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and business growth. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing multi-store retail operations, implementing standardized processes, and leading high-performing teams. Experience in new store openings and café operations will be a strong advantage.

As a Retail Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring seamless store performance, maintaining operational standards, optimizing profitability, and delivering an exceptional customer experience across all locations. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including merchandising, marketing, finance, HR, and supply chain to support business expansion and operational efficiency.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of multiple retail stores, ensuring consistent execution of operational standards and company policies.
• Drive sales performance by monitoring KPIs, identifying improvement opportunities, and implementing action plans.
• Lead, mentor, and develop store managers and frontline teams to build a customer-centric culture.
• Ensure high standards of visual merchandising, inventory management, cash handling, and compliance across all stores.
• Monitor operational costs, reduce inefficiencies, and improve overall store profitability.
• Coordinate with procurement and supply chain teams to ensure timely stock availability and minimize inventory losses.
• Analyze sales reports, customer feedback, and operational metrics to make data-driven business decisions.
• Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and continuously improve operational processes.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and regulatory requirements across all retail locations.
• Work closely with senior leadership to execute business strategies and support expansion initiatives.

Good-to-Have Skills

• New Store Opening: Experience in planning and executing new store launches, including site readiness, vendor coordination, recruitment, training, merchandising setup, inventory planning, compliance, and successful go-live operations.
• Cafe Operation: Knowledge of café or food & beverage operations, including quality standards, food safety practices, service excellence, workforce scheduling, inventory control, and operational efficiency in café environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Hospitality Management, or a related discipline.
• MBA or relevant certifications in Retail Operations or Operations Management are preferred.
• 5–15 years of experience in retail operations, preferably managing multiple stores or regional operations.
